The fruitful cooperation and re-integration of several “specializations” in which architecture is customarily (and often mistakenly) divided. Students are encouraged to develop all-inclusive design strategies by means of which the manifold requirements and conditions appertaining to the project should constantly be acknowledged, activated and expressed accordingly regarding the needs and potentialities of each successive stage in the design development.

According to the study plot and the functions of the buildings, it was decided to place the hotel east of the plot with a slight twist, the bath facilities west of the plot parallel and connected to the road.
while the restaurant-cafeteria and the observatory were placed between the two above. The connection of the volumes is made with shaped paths and water elements. Our main concern was the easy passage of visitors to the plot, for this reason the reception area was designed as a vertical core, with outdoor and semi-outdoor parking spaces, which connects the highest with the lowest point of our composition.
